At Thriplow Primary School our vision is that everyone can “shine their light before others”. We aspire to be a school filled with love, demonstrating God’s love by clothing ourselves with kindness and striving for academic excellence. Every child at Thriplow is encouraged to make a difference in their own lives, their families and the communities we serve.
We are a small village primary school in a rural setting surrounded by the beauty of nature. We believe that all children should receive a broad and balanced curriculum and that they can receive that here at Thriplow. During their time at Thriplow, children will secure a solid foundation in knowledge and understanding of the world and the vocabulary to describe it.
Our school is part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust and we are proud to be part of a trust with whom we share an exciting vision of providing high quality education for children underpinned by our Christian distinctiveness. Our Christian ethos and values reach out beyond the classroom. Children learn that they can shine their light academically by developing skills in perseverance and a love of learning but they also learn that they can shine their light be showing kindness and being part of a community that supports each other.
