At Thriplow Church of England Primary School, we aim:
- To treat all those within the school community (eg pupils, staff, governors, parents and the community) as individuals with their own particular abilities, beliefs, challenges, attitudes, background and experience,
- To provide a safe and caring environment where every child, regardless of ethnic group, religion, socio-cultural background, gender, special needs or disability, is valued and listened to and has equal access to opportunities for learning and achieving,
- To promote cultural development and understanding through a wide range of experience, both in and beyond the school.
Our Equality Targets are to narrow the gap between English and Maths across all groups in the school and to ensure that all children have equal access to the opportunities with which they are presented.
