Welcome to Thriplow Church Of England Primary School

In the same way your light must shine before people, so that they will see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16

You are the people of God; he loved you and chose you for his own. So then, you must clothe yourselves with kindness. Colossians 3:12

At Thriplow Primary School our vision is to demonstrate God’s love by “clothing ourselves with kindness” and “shining our light before others”.
Every child is encouraged to strive for academic excellence and to make a difference in their own lives, in their families and in the communities we serve.

We are a small village primary school in a rural setting surrounded by the beauty of nature. Here at Thriplow, all our children enjoy a broad and balanced curriculum. During their time at Thriplow, children will secure a solid foundation in knowledge and understanding of the world and the vocabulary to describe it.

Our school is part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust and we are proud to be part of a trust with whom we share an exciting vision of providing high quality education for children underpinned by our Christian distinctiveness. Our Christian ethos and values reach out beyond the classroom. Children learn that they can shine their light academically by developing skills in perseverance and a love of learning but they also learn that they can shine their light by showing kindness and being part of a community that supports each other.
